Yealink T4 Series phone is compatible with It is however, not a professional audio device. It can be used as a screening device to answer calls for talkshows.

  1. Connect the phone using ethernet. It also requires power. Navigate to 'Status' to discover its IP address. You may have to bypass a warning that the connection is not secure.
  2. Enter the IP address into a web browser on the same network. The default user and password are both 'Admin'.
  3. From the menu, navigate to 'Account'. Set the fields as follows...
    Line Active: Enabled
    Label: SIP
    Register Name: SIP Account Username (For example, enter fmstation.yealink for
    Username: (The same value as Register Name)
    Password: SIP Account Password
    SIP Server 1
    Server Host: - Port: 5060
    Transport: UDP or TCP
    Enable Outbound Proxy Server: Enabled
    Outbound Proxy Server 1: - Port: 5060
    Outbound Proxy Server 1: - Port: 5060
  4. Click 'Confirm'.
  5. Click the 'Codec' link, on the left. Move your desired codecs to the 'Enable Codecs' column. If Opus calls are choppy, remove Opus from the list, and move G722 to the top.
  6. Click 'Confirm'.
  7. From the menu, navigate to 'Network'. Set the fields as follows...
