Priority case support. Analysis and advice on using not only sip.audio, but also third party systems related to the operation of sip.audio.
EMERGENCY
Raise Emergency Support Tickets from any authorised email address, with immediate expert activation.
Service Level Agreement: Response time of 30 minutes maximum. Guaranteed resolution time of 6 hours for faults with sip.audio, and 18 hours for faults with In:Quality hardware.
Five Emergency Support Tickets per month, unless the fault is ours. Three months of free support where above resolution times are missed.
